How long do your paper flowers typically last?
Unlike fresh flowers, our handcrafted paper blooms are designed to last for years. To maintain their vibrant color, we recommend keeping them out of direct sunlight and away from high-moisture areas.
Do you accept custom orders for weddings or events?
Yes, we specialize in custom arrangements! Please contact us via our custom order form with your color palette and flower preferences at least 4-6 weeks before your event date.
How are the flowers packaged for shipping?
We take extreme care in packaging. Each arrangement is securely anchored in a sturdy box with protective cushioning to ensure they arrive in pristine, bouquet-ready condition.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Since most of our items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns. However, if your items arrive damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
What materials do you use for your floral designs?
We use premium heavy-weight crepe paper and high-quality cardstock sourced from Italy and Germany, finished with floral wire and professional-grade adhesives for durability.
How do I clean my paper flower arrangement?
To remove dust, simply use a soft-bristled brush or a hair dryer on the coolest, lowest setting. Avoid using water or cleaning sprays as they will damage the paper.
