Return Process

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the paper flowers in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely fastened to prevent delicate petals from being crushed during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items to ensure they are in original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
